Does WishPoint work with my Shopify theme?

Yes. WishPoint uses Shopify's native Theme App Extensions — no code is injected into your theme files. It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn, Craft, Refresh, and any premium theme.

How does redeeming a reward work?

When a customer reaches their goal, WishPoint creates a Shopify discount code they can apply at checkout. You can also enable partial redemption — customers cash out whatever progress they've built up and receive a proportional discount.

You control this in your WishPoint settings. During early access, the expiry window is configurable for all merchants and can be turned off.

Is WishPoint free right now?

Yes — completely free during early access. You get all current features with no credit card required: unlimited participants, all 7 widget styles, advanced emails, full analytics, and unlimited bonus campaigns. Paid billing is not active; if it is introduced later, any charge would require approval through Shopify billing.
